Warranty Policy For Damaged and Torn Products

Thank you for choosing EdLee Designs for your product purchase. We are committed to providing high-quality products, but we understand that unforeseen issues may arise during the manufacturing or shipping process. This Warranty Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding damaged and torn products.

Eligibility:

This warranty applies to all EdLee Designs products that have been purchased directly from our authorized distributors or official website. The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months  from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Coverage:

a) Damaged Products: EdLee Designs will cover any manufacturing defects or damage that occurs during shipping. Damaged products refer to items with visible defects or breakages that impair their functionality or appearance upon delivery.

b) Torn Products: This covers products with fabric, leather, or other materials that are torn or damaged upon receipt.

Reporting Damaged or Torn Products:

    * a) To initiate a warranty claim for damaged or torn products, customers must notify EdLee Designs within 1 week  of receiving the product. Please send an email to edleedesigns2006@gmail.com with the following information:

    * Order number

    * Clear photos of the damaged or torn area

    * Brief description of the issue

b) EdLee Designs reserves the right to request additional information or proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim.

       Warranty Process:

a) After receiving the warranty claim and verifying the provided information, EdLee Designs will assess the situation and determine whether the damage or tear is covered under the warranty.

b) If the claim is approved, customers will have two options:

* Option 1: Return the damaged or torn product to EdLee Designs using a prepaid shipping label provided by our customer support team. Upon receiving the product, EdLee Designs will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

c) If the claim is denied, EdLee Designs will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.

Exclusions:

This warranty policy does not cover the following scenarios:

    * Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care of the product

    * Normal wear and tear

    * Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations

    * Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

Limitations:

* EdLee Designs' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product at our discretion. In no event shall EdLee Designs be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Modifications to the Policy:

* EdLee Designs reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all purchases made after the modification date.
